Kate Wood Art and Jewellery

These are the first designs I have come up with using the floral, woodland, Marie-Antoinette themed beads and pendents I have been making. I am so happy with the outcome! Can't wait till the sari ribbon comes in the mail and I can make necklaces with those. The colours are magnificent.

These works are a result of me reuniting with a love for clay over the past year. I have been inspired by early Staffordshire porcelain for all my vignettes, and the rest, oh just from things here and there! It was my trip to London two years ago,and seeing all the National Trust houses with their collections. The British Museum, and above all the Victorie and Albert museum got me to finally get back to doing clay. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
